This Strategic Plan marks an important national moment. Not simply the release of a strategy, but the continuation of a movement grounded in the voices, experiences and leadership of thousands of First Nations women, girls and gender-diverse people.

It carries forward years of deep listening across the continent, moving from listening into coordinated, sustained systems change, building the national infrastructure needed to recognise, support and sustain the leadership First Nations women have always held.
